Job Description
Senior Program Analyst – Robotics Strategy
Location : Hybrid (40% Remote) – Must reside in the Atlanta, GA area
Duration : Long-term / Ongoing
At iSphere, we don’t just place people in jobs — we connect innovators with opportunities that matter. We’re seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join our client’s Innovation Team and play a key role in building and scaling an enterprise-wide robotics strategy that’s reshaping how technology is deployed across large, complex environments.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role where business analysis meets real-world innovation. You’ll evaluate pilot programs, design deployment frameworks, and help transform robotics from one-off pilots into enterprise-wide solutions.
What You’ll Do
Evaluate and Measure Success : Analyze robotics pilot data, performance KPIs, and ROI to identify what’s working — and where to optimize.
Build Business Cases : Develop financial and operational models that demonstrate the tangible impact of robotics investments.
Design Deployment Frameworks : Define archetypes (e.g., floor scrubbers, delivery bots, security) and map their ideal use cases across multiple operational settings.
Partner and Collaborate : Work directly with site teams, operations, and procurement to align technology decisions with real-world needs.
Scan the Market : Research emerging robotics vendors and technologies to stay ahead of the curve and inform sourcing strategies.
Create Decision Tools : Build frameworks, dashboards, and decision trees that help leaders make data-driven robotics investment decisions.
Support Change and Adoption : Capture field feedback, document lessons learned, and assist in planning large-scale rollouts.
Standardize Success : Help establish governance models, qualification criteria, and performance benchmarks for robotics across the organization.
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or technology evaluation (robotics or automation experience strongly preferred).
Consulting background — either external or internal — is a major plus.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; you know how to turn data into actionable insights.
Proven experience building decision frameworks or playbooks for emerging technology programs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills — you’re comfortable engaging executives and field teams alike.
Familiarity with procurement and vendor management processes.
Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, and Power BI or Tableau.
A genuine curiosity for technology and a passion for driving innovation in real-world operations.
