10+ Years in Salesforce and CRM Applications
Preferred : Salesforce Certified Architect (any stream)
Minimum : Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Certified Consultant AND Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and / or II

Job Description :

Ability to represent client in providing needed oversight to ongoing initiatives related to Salesforce

Individual with more than 10+ years of CRM experience and having greater than 5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform functionalities, with cross-functional experience in enterprise-wide complex Salesforce CRM implementations

Experience in implementation of Salesforce.com product suite including Lighting Connect, Force.com, Wave Analytics, Service / Sales / Marketing / HR Clouds, Communities and App Exchange

Experience in using release mgmt., and continuous integration tool e.g., but not limited to GitHub, Copado

Ability to support new and start-up engagements working with different teams within Service Ops portfolio providing hands on strategic direction setting, architecture design, and support the build out new teams. Leverage thorough understanding of business process and system processes to make recommendations and propose technical / non-technical solutions to meet business requirements

Ensure design and construction meet quality standards and that the testing and operational readiness tasks are conducted and produce quality results.

Function as point of escalation between the business customers and maintenance team, as well as with BTS Technical Operations / Application Support, BTS Architecture / COE teams, and other and Technology teams Experience in integration architecture and database design for applications and familiar with Information Management / Data Management will be a plus

Demonstrated success as Solution Architect on both large and small projects

Scrum / Waterfall Experience

familiar with project management principles and common development methodologies including Waterfall and Agile

Proven ability to work effectively within IT, various vendors, and business teams to develop solutions that meet technology standards and business needs is required
