Salesforce Architect

Key Responsibilities :

• Architecture Strategy & Execution : Lead the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions-balancing enterprise standards with the flexibility to support regional needs.
• Multi-Org Consolidation : Drive the consolidation of multiple Salesforce orgs into a unified global architecture, ensuring data integrity, streamlined processes, and system scalability.
• Revenue Cloud Enablement : Lead the deployment and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ, billing, subscription management, and renewals automation.
• Integration Expertise : Design and implement robust, secure integrations with external platforms such as ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), eCommerce systems, marketing automation, and customer portals using REST / SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica).
• Migration & Data Strategy : Lead complex data migration initiatives, including ETL planning, data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities.
• Hands-On Development & Oversight : Design and develop custom Salesforce components (Apex, LWC, Visualforce), and oversee development teams to ensure code quality and architectural integrity.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with global business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define scalable solutions, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Governance & Optimization : Define and enforce global Salesforce governance, including performance monitoring, security compliance, and technical debt management.
• Mentorship & Enablement : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams, promoting architectural standards, reusability, and platform best practices.
