Overview

We are Rycor (www.rycorhvac.com), the largest and fastest growing installer of heat pumps in the USA. We are opening multiple locations in the Southeast and are looking to hire an experienced Sales Account Executive to lead sales ini our new Greenville, SC location.

As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Account Executive is a sales role that requires a great deal of customer interaction. The role requires daily in home visits, BTU calculations and design layouts of equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Meet with clients at home or place of business for face-to-face consultation.
  • Take measurements and photos and put together a design plan for proper heating and cooling.
  • Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions to meet their personal needs and desires.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in an in-home environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
