Our client, a prominent  AmLaw 100   international law firm , is seeking a motivated  Construction Associate Attorney  to join its expanding  Construction Practice Group  in  Philadelphia  or  New York . This is an exceptional opportunity to advise on sophisticated development projects and collaborate with a nationally recognized team handling high-profile, complex construction matters.

Candidate Profile

• JD  from a  top-tier law school  with an  excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing
• 2-4 years  of substantive experience  drafting  and  negotiating design and construction agreements
• Degree  in  Engineering ,  architecture , or  construction management  strongly  preferred
• Experience  representing owners  and  contractors  on complex development projects
• Knowledge of  insurance ,  bonding ,  lien law , and  risk mitigation  issues
• Exposure to or  interest  in  construction litigation
• This role is primarily transactional , but may include litigation work
• Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills

Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
