Contracts Coordinator
In this role you will manage and coordinate the supplier and customer contracts for the Information Technology (IT) Division of the Finance Department and directly contribute to our mission to provide countywide technology services to both internal and external customers. The IT Fiscal Services team manages the IT budget, accounting, reporting, procurement, purchasing, internal controls, and revenue-generating services.
Working under the direction of the Fiscal Services Manager, you will collaborate with the fiscal team, technology staff, County departments, and external organizations, and perform a variety of contract and procurement work. You will become a subject matter expert in all things contracts-and-procurement-related and learn about the full scope of IT services.
