Job descriptionFlexible 12-Hour Shifts : Choose between consistent day or night schedules. New Unit Opportunity : Be part of a team launching a state-of-the-art behavioral health unit. Positive Work Environment : Work alongside colleagues who are committed to excellence and compassionate care. Deliver skilled nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policy. Observe, assess, and document resident health and behavioral status. Lead and support CNAs to ensure quality care and adherence to care plans. Promote a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-oriented environment. Active LPN license in the state of Arizona. Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. CPR / BLS Certification. Applicants with behavioral health or SNF experience will be prioritized. Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Health, dental, and vision insurance. Paid time off (PTO). 401(k) with company match.

Shifts Available :
- Day Shift : 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
- Night Shift : 6 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM
