Education : Diploma / Certificate from an accredited LPN program. Licensure : Current Arizona LPN license and CPR certification Certification : Current immunizations (Hepatitis B, MMR, Tdap) and TB clearance. Experience : Prior experience in women’s health, reproductive health, or primary care preferred. Soft Skills : Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Administer vaccines in accordance with ACIP recommendations. Record vitals, perform pregnancy and STI testing, and provide patient education. Assist with reproductive exams and ensure proper clinic setup. Support patients by providing information, counseling, and referrals. Maintain accurate and confidential records in the EHR system.
