Full-Time | On-Site | Includes On-Call Rotation
You’ll be the command center for our care operations: if shifts don’t get filled, clients go without care—so your decisions and actions directly impact client safety, caregiver reliability, and long-term business stability.
Build and maintain caregiver schedules for 100+ weekly shifts
Respond in real-time to call-outs, cancellations, last-minute changes
Communicate schedule updates to caregivers, clients, and families
Track and manage EVV, authorizations, shift notes, and compliance
Step in and provide care personally if coverage cannot be found
Rotate on-call shifts during evenings/weekends
2+ years in home care, hospice, or healthcare scheduling
Prior caregiving experience (CNA, HHA, or direct-care role)
Extreme organization, attention to detail, and tech comfort
Ability to hold caregivers accountable and make firm decisions
Local to Plano / McKinney area (within ~30 min)
Available for in-office work + on-call rotation
$15 – $18/hr (depending on experience)

Shared evening/weekend on-call coverage
