New Product Introduction Project Engineer 3168753

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Product Introduction Project Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will serve as the critical technical liaison among Research & Development, Package Engineering, and Operations, ensuring the efficient production of new products through the stages of development and scaling.

Your responsibilities will include the implementation and documentation of scale-up procedures and the recording of all associated operational costs in the NPI system.

This includes handling processes related to flammable materials and their application. You will be instrumental in fostering communication and collaboration across all functional areas of the NPI teams.

As our New Product Introduction Project Engineer, you will spearhead initiatives to reduce costs from the initial conceptualization to the actual implementation of the product.

This includes enhancing production line efficiency by reducing labor costs and incorporating automated packaging solutions.

You will also manage capital projects for new products, guiding them from the initial concept and budget planning through to execution and finalization.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should be a Project Engineer with a focus on NPI, responsible for overseeing various aspects of engineering projects related to the introduction of new products.

This includes design, development, testing, and implementation. The candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Packaging Engineering and have a strong background in :
