Job Requirements

• Team Supervision Assign daily tasks to room attendants and inspect work for cleanliness and compliance.
• Quality Assurance Conduct daily inspections of rooms and public areas. Ensure prompt response to guest requests or housekeeping-related complaints.
• Inventory & Supplies Monitor linen and supply inventories and communicate needs to management. Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Safety & Compliance Ensure staff follows all safety protocols and hygiene standards. Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and Hilton brand policies.
