Job Title : GEP SMART & Oracle Support Analyst

Overview :
Client is seeking a GEP SMART & Oracle Support Analyst to manage and support our indirect procurement system (GEP SMART) and its integration with Oracle. This role will transition system ownership from the business to IT&D and provide day-to-day operational support.
Responsibilities :
- Administer and support GEP SMART and Oracle integrations.
- Identify, track, and resolve invoice issues (rejections in Oracle, escalation to GEP).
- Train and onboard suppliers and internal users.
- Maintain process documentation and training materials.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and IT on issue resolution and process improvements.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or related field.Hands-on experience with GEP SMART and Oracle ERP (Procure-to-Pay).Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Experience with supplier onboarding and invoice workflows
