Your Role :

We're looking for enthusiastic, adaptable Assistant Guides that have a passion for working with children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old and curiosity about a Montessori environment.

This role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, and learn more about Montessori education! Many of our Assistant Guides ultimately grow to take on Lead Guide roles over time, thanks to our accredited Montessori training program we offer to exceptional employees.

About You :

• Experience working with children ages 0-6
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A benevolent approach toward parents and children
• Experience working with young children ages 0-6 whether as a nanny or in a group child care environment, e.g. preschool, daycare, nursery, afterschool, aftercare, summer camp, etc.
• A willingness to grow and learn
• Must be 18 years old to apply
