Lead Social Worker Behavioral Health (Full-Time)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Social Worker to oversee both administrative and clinical operations for our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program. This full-time role requires a balance of leadership and direct care, with at least .5 FTE dedicated to program administration . The Team Leader will supervise a team of 68 staff members in Queens, NY , providing guidance in the field and ensuring high-quality services for individuals with serious mental illness (SMI) and substance use disorders (SUD) .

Schedule :

• 2 days in the field providing oversight and support to case managers
• 2 days in the office handling administrative and supervisory functions
• Fridays remote for documentation, meetings, and program coordination
