Start Date : ASAP 2024- April 19, 2024 Description : Hematology / Oncology Locums position in Springfield, MO - $500 hourly Medical Oncology in Danville, IL where Outpatient Coverage with possible rounding is needed. Here are some of the details : Coverage Need / Schedule Details : Mainly Outpatient Clinic Hours : Monday - Friday 8A - 5P Rounding : as needed Candidate Requirements : Board Certified- REQUIRED Active MO License - REQUIRED Provider to supervise APP s- REQUIRED Practice Description : Most oncologists do 4 days outpatient with 1 day as admin / hospital. Patients per day : Would prefer 16, really up to the locum (2 new heme; then 14 established) or we would consider them just doing average 6 new heme patients in a day, only focus on the new heme to keep that access open. Hem only coverage would be outpatient / clinic only see only new heme referrals coming in as we have a backlog of 110 at this time and we average at least 8 new referrals per day for just heme.
