POSITION PROFILE :

Our Client is seeking a seasoned Site Civil Senior Engineer to lead high-impact civil projects across municipal, federal, commercial, industrial, and healthcare markets. This leadership role will be instrumental in overseeing technical execution, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with clients and multi-discipline teams nationwide. The ideal candidate will bring deep civil site development experience and the ability to manage complex projects from concept through construction.

This is a high-visibility opportunity for a professional looking to make a long-term impact within a growing team that delivers civil engineering solutions throughout the lower 48 states.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead and execute complex site development projects with a focus on quality and innovation
• Manage design standards, QA / QC processes, and drawing production using Civil 3D
• Direct full project lifecycle : scope definition, design, permitting, and construction observation
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and regulatory agencies
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and civil design staff
• Participate in client meetings, municipal review processes, and site visits / documentation
