Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist in ensuring efficient and courteous response to all resident requests.
- Record all maintenance service requests in an accurate and timely manner, notating those that may require more urgent attention and escalating emergencies
- Assist the Community Manager with leasing and marketing.
- Give tours of the property and rentable units to prospective renters.
- Accurately respond to general questions regarding the community, associated programs, and rules and regulations.
- Be knowledgeable in the application of laws, HUD and LIHTC Regulations, and Property Policies as they apply to the various procedural situations on the project.
Minimum Requirements :
Knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, CHFA and other affordable housing requirements.Solid knowledge of Fair Housing Laws so that policies and actions are administered in compliance with Federal, State and Local laws.High school diploma or its equivalent and one-year administrative / clerical office experience.Minimum one-year experience in apartment leasing and prior experience with Affordable Housing programs including PBRA / Section 8.Knowledge of computer operations to include basic data entry, Office 365, and Yardi software.Must be able to communicate effectively and maintain good relations with residents and employee.Compensation and benefits :
