Job Description
Professional level sales position supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. Responsible for profitable growth via customer retention and expansion. Partners with GM to manage Team Members. Requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, sourcing from various channels including special orders, FDO, and second sources. Capable of directing drivers to ensure timely, accurate deliveries. Full-time position.

Essential Skills
Experience & Education
Minimum 3 years automotive parts experience preferred. Proven sales ability and team leadership experience. High school diploma or GED required. ASE certification preferred but not mandatory.
Physical & Work Environment
Primarily walking and standing, lifting up to 50-100 pounds, and operating in various environments including inside and outside conditions. Exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, and noise. Reasonable accommodations available.
Position may include sales commissions based on performance.
