We represent Plaintiffs, Defendants, HOAs / COAs, property owners, and small–mid market businesses in contract disputes, landlord / tenant issues, title issues, fiduciary claims, and related proceedings in Georgia trial and appellate courts. Role Description

You’ll drive active litigation from pleadings through resolution, working directly with a team of professional legal innovators. Expect meaningful stand-up time in Georgia courts and hands-on client contact.

Duties :

• Negotiate and litigate cases on behalf of clients
• Own a docket of litigation matters, meeting all deadlines with zero missed calendaring events.
• Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Assist with trial preparation, including witness preparation and document organization
• Attend court hearings and other legal proceedings
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case
• ake / defend depositions
• Manage discovery end-to-end (RFPs / Rogs / RFAs, protective orders)
