Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, fostering strong and lasting relationships
Assume full commercial responsibility for customer accounts, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and objectives
Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business objectives and maximize customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of proven account management experience within the iGaming sector
Proficiency in English and Spanish (LATAM)
Strong understanding of the gambling industry with a focus on LATAM markets
Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts effectively
Proficiency in CRM and promotion management preferred
