Superintendent
Schedule subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion.
Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
Communicate with project team regarding ASI's, RFI's, and Material Submittals.
Ensure that the subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.
Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to the project team for resolution.
Maintain daily log of activities on the jobsite.
Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.
Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.
Schedule and conduct weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.
Communicate issues of non-compliance to subcontractors regarding quality of work or scheduling.
Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
High school education or equivalent.
5 years in the construction industry.
Basic computer skills as it relates to entering time and communication by email.
Successfully completed OSHA 10 or OSHA 30-hour courses.
Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record with insurance carrier and where applicable drivers will comply with DOT Commercial Driver License regulations.
When applicable, there must be reliable means of transportation.
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, contractors, superiors, professional trades, e.g., architects and engineers, subcontractors, building codes authorities and owners.
The ability to read and correctly interpret blueprints / drawings and take-off accurate measurements.
Sound understanding of accepted construction practices, techniques, and procedures.
Knowledge of building materials, tools, and machinery.
Office-based role with occasional travel locally, regionally, and nationally to support project needs.

The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $50.00 / hr.
