Responsibilities

As a Project Accountant , your key responsibility will be to serve as a vital team member associated with accurately and consistently completing the accounting functions for the assigned project.  This position will be located on the jobsite at Eli Lilly, Inc., Lebanon plant.

• Review and process vendor and subcontractor invoices.
• Process monthly closing / account reconciliations.
• Review contracts to ensure billings are sent correctly.
• Collaborate with the project team regularly or as needed.
• Collect and review all pertinent subcontractor paperwork.
• Prepare invoice package including all applicable backup.
• Assist other team members as needed.
