Marketing Manager–Website Performance & Organic Growth
We are building out teams for an exciting young company in the fintech space. We are looking for a performance-driven marketer with a deep understanding of website optimization, organic engagement, and SEO to join our team. The ideal candidate has successfully managed website performance and conversion strategies, driven meaningful organic engagement on , and scaled high-quality organic traffic that converts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance data-driven decision-making with creative problem-solving to enhance our brand’s digital presence. You should have a firm grasp of website analytics, a passion for optimizing user journeys, and a track record of leveraging as a key organic growth channel. Additionally, you should be curious, hungry, and passionate about AI—eager to explore how emerging AI tools and strategies can enhance organic traffic, content quality, and conversion rates.
As part of a small but agile marketing team, this role requires someone proactive, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of initiatives that drive measurable results. You will work cross-functionally with content, product marketing, and demand gen team members to refine our website experience, craft engaging strategies, and implement SEO best practices that attract and convert our ideal audience. Compensation :
The standard base pay range for this role is $160,000 Annually. This base pay range does not include variable compensation including potential commissions, bonuses or other financial or equity incentives.
