Managed Repair Analyst

A company is looking for a Managed Repair Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the reconstruction portion of claims, ensuring efficient communication and active claims management

Evaluate reconstruction needs, verify claim status with insurance carriers, and work with contractors on job scope

Provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the insurance industry, with 3-4 years handling Property claims

Advanced ability to audit estimates and invoices, and negotiate pricing as necessary

In-depth understanding of property claim handling requirements and advanced knowledge of Xactimate and Xactanalysis

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and internet applications

Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment with reliable high-speed internet connection
