People and Culture Manager

Luna Data Solutions is looking for a People and Culture Manager with an outgoing personality for a client in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan area. This will be a permanent / salaried position with a hybrid work setting of 3 days onsite / 2 days remote. In this role, you'll wear a few different hats—you'll manage HR operations and systems, support recruiting and engagement programs, and oversee the day-to-day details that keep our office running smoothly.

You'll partner closely with the VP of People to strengthen our culture, streamline operations, and scale systems that help every employee thrive. If you're equally at home fine-tuning HR processes and creating an organized, welcoming workspace, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

People Operations & Systems

• Oversee and optimize our HR tech stack (HRIS, ATS, and performance tools) to keep systems running efficiently.
• Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.
• Support employees with onboarding, benefits, leave, and HR questions with care and clarity.
• Use data and insights to improve people programs and help leadership make informed decisions.

This is a direct-hire, full-time employee position with excellent benefits! The Human Resources Coordinator / Office Manager will work onsite 3 days a week.
