Senior Associate– Organizational Insights

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our innovative and dynamic team. In this role, you will partner with industry-leading US multinationals to solve their critical compliance analytics needs. You will have the opportunity to work with rich, proprietary datasets to generate actionable managerial insights. You will communicate complex data insights through visualizations, reports, and presentations to senior stakeholders at our clients. You will further contribute to groundbreaking internal research projects to shape the future of compliance analytics.
This role would be especially well-suited for a candidate who wants to pursue a graduate degree in a quantitative social science field.
What you'll do
- Draw inferences about behavior and organizational culture using various data techniques
- Independently manage a diverse range of datasets, including conducting preliminary and exploratory analysis, merging datasets, and creating clear documentation.
- Develop and present clear, concise visualizations to showcase findings
- Communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders, including C-Suite leaders, through memos and presentations.
- Collaborate on innovative R&D projects to shape the future of compliance and organizational culture analytics
What we're looking for from you
An exceptional academic record in Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.3+ years of experience in quantitative data analysis, preferably within a consulting / analytical environmentProficiency in Python / Stata for data analysis and modeling.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data findings clearly and concisely.Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.Some nice to-haves
