Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Scheduler. The role is located in Butler, NJ, but some work from home is acceptable.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to :
o Develop and maintain project schedules, incorporating all activities, milestones, and dependencies and cost load / code as needed per project requirements.
o Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to gather input and update schedules
o Monitor project progress and make adjustments to minimize delays and maintain timelines.
o Develop TIA’s following industry best practices (AACE) and recovery schedules as needed.
o Scheduler must possess the ability to review and analyze contractors’ baseline schedules and monthly updates, identifying inconsistencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. They should be confident in presenting findings to owners and stakeholders, clearly communicating technical insights and recommendations in a way that supports informed decision-making.
o Identify and communicate potential scheduling conflicts or issues and provide
recommended solutions along with documentation (TIAs) as needed.
o Prepare and present regular progress reports, schedule updates, TIAs, recovery
schedules and forecasts to management and clients
o Utilize scheduling software such as Primavera and Microsoft Project. Speed and accuracy are critical—this role requires someone who can efficiently navigate P6 to produce high-quality outputs under tight deadlines
o Knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and labor to create precise and comprehensive schedules.
