As the Payroll Specialist, you will report to the Accounting Manager, work closely with HR, and ensure timely and accurate processing of weekly payroll for union and non-union employees.

What you'll do :

Payroll processing weekly for union and non-union employees

Compliance reporting including staying updated on union laws and agreements

Certified payroll in compliance with federal and state laws

Employee onboarding and benefit enrollment

Maintain payroll records and assist with audits

Who you are :

Some accounting education preferred

3-5 years relevant payroll experience

Union experience required

Ability to interact with all levels of staff
