Sales Operations Analyst

Job Title : Sales Operations Analyst

The Sales Operations Analyst will support sales efficiency and effectiveness by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth. This position will play a key role in streamlining sales operations and ensuring alignment between sales and other departments.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborates with sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and best practices
• Creates and maintains sales dashboards and reports to provide visibility into sales performance
• Supports the sales team with tools and processes to increase productivity and efficiency
• Assists in forecasting sales and managing sales pipeline data to ensure accuracy
• Conducts market research to support competitive analysis and identify new sales opportunities
• Develops training materials and conduct training sessions for sales staff on tools and processes
• Works closely with marketing, finance and product teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
• Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance overall sales operations

Qualifications :

To perform this position will require frequently sitting, and typing on a keyboard with fingers, and occasionally standing, walking and climbing (stairs / ladders). The physical requirements will be the ability to push / pull and lift / carry 1-10 lbs.
