A company is looking for an Account Executive to generate new business within assigned territories for local governments.
Key Responsibilities
Sell web-based software solutions to local governments within the assigned territory
Meet or exceed assigned territory goals and forecast business accurately
Develop consultative relationships with local governments and manage the buying cycle
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, social sciences, or a related field, or comparable experience
Experience in highly competitive markets preferred
Proven track record of selling software application deals in similar markets preferred
Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
Strong persuasive, analytical, and interpersonal skills
