The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $40,400 - $52,500 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Serve as the primary contact for cycle counts and root cause investigations of inventory variances.
• Monitor inventory movements and ensure accurate interdepartmental transfers.
• Analyze inventory accuracy, identify error sources, and communicate variances across departments.
• Maintain and improve internal inventory controls and transaction codes within Movex.
• Review material process flows and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Investigate negative balances and BOM issues, ensuring proper substitution documentation.
• Support inventory adjustments and ensure compliance with established procedures for physical counts.
• Research and troubleshoot manufacturing variances with detailed reporting.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance inventory and reporting accuracy.
• Lead or contribute to LEAN projects focused on inventory reduction, accuracy, and material flow optimization.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Associate degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred or 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience (inventory management, procurement, etc.) in place of degree.

ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

Basic knowledge of manufacturing (footwear industry preferred)
