Currently our Team is seeking an Assistant Project Engineer.
Emerald Aire is a Design Build HVAC contractor specializing in VRF. Our Assistant Project Managers are involved with all facets of the project, from up front coordination during the design process through execution and close out. A large portion of the position involves office related support to our Field in order to make the installation as efficient as possible.
Position : HVAC Assistant Project Engineer
Compensation : $60,000 - $75,000 Salary, depending on experience
Work Schedule : Monday through Friday
Work Hours : Flexible, 8-hour block of time between 5 : 00am - 4 : 00pm.
Office Location : Auburn, WA

Communicate with customers, suppliers, and other team membersReview submittals for completeness and compliance with drawingsProcesses submittals and keep project team apprised of schedule needsWork closely with Project Manager, Engineering, and Field Leads through the duration of the projectRFI's : review, write, log, submit and trackUnderstand scope of design change documentsFile project documentationUnderstand schedule needs of the project and communicate such with subcontractors and suppliersAssemble O&M manualsJob site visits to ensure projects are on track, about 1 time per monthQualifications / Skills :
Construction Management or Engineer Degree is a plus, but not requiredHas a positive attitude and is willing to learnHonesty, integrity, reliability.
