Accounts Payable Specialist

Location : Flower Mound, TX

Type : Direct Hire

Schedule : Onsite, M-F

Start Date : November

Pay : $48K - $52K

Overview :

Our client is hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team. This role supports full-cycle AP functions and reports to the AP Supervisor. Ideal candidates will bring initiative, attention to detail, and a mindset for process improvement.

Key Duties :

Process and approve vendor invoices and payments

Respond to vendor inquiries

Maintain AP records and reports

Assist with account analysis and other accounting tasks

Requirements :

5+ years of full-cycle AP experience

Proficient in Excel and Word

Experience with accounting systems; government contracts a plus

Strong communication and time management skills

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Pay Details : $48,000.00 to $52,000.00 per year
