Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing  Tax Manager  with an active  CPA or EA  credential to lead and grow within our tax practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is passionate about client service, and is looking for a clear path to leadership based on results and initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tax compliance for individuals, partnerships, and corporations (Forms 1040, 1120S, 1120, etc.).
• Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services, especially in real estate and non-profit sectors.
• Review and sign off on tax returns prepared by staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax laws.
• Represent clients during audits and correspondence with federal and state tax authorities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Stay current on tax law changes and proactively communicate implications to clients and team members.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless financial and tax reporting.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development.
