We're Hiring for an Operations Data Clerk in Commerce City, Colorado!

Transdev is proud to offer :

• $21.00-23.00 / hr

• Schedule : Monday - Friday (Flexible hours), there may be some overtime required to compile reports.

Job Purpose

Provides quality customer service to client by phone or in person. Performs some or all of the responsibilities below.

Our Operations Data Clerk is responsible for :

• Responds to customer concerns in a timely and friendly manner.
• Responds to escalated customer inquiries and problems.
• Investigates incidents or accidents by reviewing footage and tracking incident reports.
• Responds to customer comments in a timely manner and determines their validity.
• Keeps track and record of all customer comments submitted.
• Follows and explains policy and procedures as outlined in operations and procedures manuals.
• Treats each customer / caller with courtesy, dignity, and respects privacy.
• Meets or exceeds established performance requirements.
• Enters data with an error of 1% or less.
• Remains knowledgeable of all policies and procedure changes.
• Adheres to the work schedule to handle contractual requirements, unless request made by manager.
• Types, files, reports develop spread sheets, manages databases and performs other related clerical task for the department or team.
• Operates a computer to enter, edit, and verify data.
• Maintains data relevant to the department such as vehicle data, personnel data, equipment data, etc.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
• All other duties as assigned.
