Job Summary

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Channel Marketing Specialist to support our growing brand and evolving marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong program management experience, particularly in sample programs and tradeshows who thrives in dynamic environments and can turn data into actionable insights. You'll work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to execute initiatives that drive channel engagement and brand visibility.

Job Location

This is a remote role where candidates must be located in the Central or Eastern U.S. time zone(s).

Job Responsibilities

• Set and communicate weekly priorities for marketing and sales support in alignment with sales leadership.
• Lead the development and execution of marketing materials for the Catalyst brand, including promotional one-pagers, labels, samples, displays, signage, catalogs, and brochures.
• Own and manage the Club Catalyst Valued Partner Program, including budget oversight, co-op reimbursement approvals, and customer / team supportensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Oversee the Catalyst Sample Program via the Connect40 portal : manage forecasts, approve builds, coordinate printing and shipping, and collaborate with engineering / product teams on new tool development.
• Serve as a liaison between Sales, Brand, Channel Marketing, and Creative teams to execute strategic initiatives and maintain brand consistency.
• Support sales teams and customers with ad-hoc marketing needs such as collateral creation, email campaigns, showroom displays, and event support.
• Coordinate and manage all Catalyst regional tradeshows from planning through execution.
• Create and maintain sales presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint decks for AIA / ASLA, Lunch & Learns, etc.).
• Maintain and update outbound email distribution lists; write and edit content as needed.
