JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• We are looking for a skilled Lifecycle / Email Marketing Specialist with over 4 years of experience, including expertise in newsletters, retention, and churn prevention strategies, to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and execute customer newsletters and personalized campaigns, leveraging customer data to ensure effective communication strategies that drive business impact.Develop and maintain an annual newsletter campaign calendar in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Support the international expansion of lifecycle marketing campaigns with precise project planning and execution.
• Incorporate testing and learning strategies into marketing initiatives to continually optimize for key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Partner with Marketing Operations for end-to-end campaign management, from planning to execution, using relevant technology and data.
• Work closely with Product Marketing and analytics teams to craft triggered communications based on customer behavior and data insights.
• JOB REQUIREMENTS : Proven experience in Lifecycle / Email marketing with a strong focus on customer retention and churn prevention.
• Expertise in using key customer and behavioral data to drive personalized and relevant communications.
• Proficiency in implementing A / B testing strategies and analyzing campaign performance to inform ongoing optimizations.
• This role not only demands a technically skilled marketer but also a team player who is flexible, highly organized, and action-oriented, with a deep understanding of customer-centric marketing strategies.
