About the Role

We are seeking a driven, energetic, and highly organized Store Manager to run the show at a busy, high-volume takeout and delivery operation in Brooklyn. This role requires someone who can take full ownership of day-to-day operations , lead a team, and ensure smooth and efficient business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee front-end operations , ensuring excellent customer service and smooth order flow

Manage back-end operations , including inventory control, vendor coordination, and scheduling

Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high performance, efficiency, and teamwork

Ensure operational excellence and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

Oversee a large delivery operation to ensure speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction

Monitor costs, manage budgets, and track KPIs to improve overall profitability

Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively to keep the business running seamlessly

Must-Haves

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Ability to take full ownership and responsibility for store performance

Hands-on, proactive, and energetic personality

Excellent people management skills to motivate and lead a diverse team

Preferred Skills

Experience in food service, takeout, or delivery operations

Strong understanding of inventory management, scheduling, and operational workflows
