Follow an established field process, close on the doorstep, and log activity the same day.
What you’ll do
Cover mapped streets and priority blocks; meet warm / hot leads.
Short needs check → options on tablet → on-site close .
Track doors / conversations / demos / closes; confirm activations.
Weekly huddles and leaderboard reviews.
What you’ll bring
Face-to-face communication; persistence.
Coachable; scripts and repeatable flows.
Flexible schedule; driver’s license, transportation, smartphone with data; U.S. work authorization.
Spanish a plus.
Compensation & growth
Commission-based with paid training , uncapped commissions, and weekly / monthly bonuses.
OTE $40,000–$60,000+ ; path to Team Lead / Manager-in-Training .
