Position Title : Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Outpatient Acute Care

Location : Mesa, Arizona

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week

Compensation

• Base : $120,000 annually
• Earning potential up to $250,000 annually (production-based)
• 1099 independent contractor arrangement

Requirements

Current and unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license

National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
