In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring timely, compliant, and accurate billing and reimbursement. Key responsibilities include :
Follow VitalCaring billing Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory billing guidelinesCollaborate with your supervisor and the billing team to address payor and billing concernsEnsure documentation accuracy and submit claims in accordance with Medicare and other payor requirementsServe as a key liaison to Branch Directors and administrative staff to gather information needed for claimsMeet individual productivity standards and maintain confidentiality of financial informationManage workflow tasks and documentation in our EMR systemUpload payor communication documents and input billing Coordination Notes to support team communicationParticipate in learning and development to continue growing professionallyRepresent VitalCaring with integrity, positivity, and alignment to our missionMaintain compliance with federal, state, and ethical billing regulationsPerform additional duties as assignedWhat You Bring :
At least one year of office experience, preferably in healthcare or home healthHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to manage confidential information with professionalismStrong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetReliable transportation
