We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist / Accounting Clerk to join our accounting team. This position plays a key role in supporting the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Responsibilities include :

• Processing accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Preparing and posting journal entries
• Reconciling general ledger accounts and ensuring accuracy of financial data
• Performing daily and monthly cash reconciliations
• Assisting with payroll processing, as needed
• Supporting the accounting team with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• Prior experience in accounts payable and general accounting functions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of payroll processes is a plus
