A company is looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic and operations planning processes with key stakeholders
Drive execution of strategic initiatives and special projects
Facilitate teamwork and alignment between different projects and teams
Required Qualifications
Proven project management skills with experience in tracking and driving projects to completion
Demonstrated experience in rapidly learning and adapting new methods to business needs
Experience with agile / scrum development processes and tools
Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage complex projects and initiatives effectively
