Position Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed the assigned quota of $1.6M, targeting a deal size of $450k.
- Prospecting and Pipeline Management : Identify and target potential clients within the region, manage the sales pipeline effectively, and prioritize opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders including CQOs, CMIOs, CNOs, surgeons, and broader decision-making groups to drive sales and secure buy-in for the solutions.
- Complex Deal Management : Navigate complex sales cycles and close deals involving multiple decision-makers and approval processes.
- Account Management and Upselling : Maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale, understand their evolving needs, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services.
- Quota Achievement : Achieve and exceed the annual sales quota through strategic selling, negotiation, and closing of deals based on the number of operating rooms (OR rooms).
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting : Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics to the Vice President of Sales on a regular basis.
Experience & Skills :
Required Experience and Qualifications :
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the healthcare software industry.
- Proven track record of selling software solutions to hospitals, particularly complex deals.
- Experience selling to CQOs, CMIOs, CNOs, surgeons, and broader decision-making groups.
- Prior experience at startup companies is preferred.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. MBA is a plus.

- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
