CJ Logistics is looking for a dedicated Customs Entry Writer to play a crucial role in our logistics operations. If you thrive on accuracy and love ensuring seamless compliance, this hybrid role (4 days in-office, Des Plaines, IL) is for you!

Pay Range : $27.75 - $33.65 per hour

Schedule : 1st Shift Monday Friday, 8 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM

What You'll Do :

• Master Documentation : Review and process import / export documents with meticulous care, ensuring full compliance with all U.S. Customs regulations.
• Navigate Software : Utilize specialized software to track inventory and shipments, keeping everything organized and on schedule.
• Financial Accuracy : Prepare and submit documentation for duty drawbacks and refunds, and manage customs rejections and inquiries.
• Client Communication : Provide timely and accurate responses to client questions, guiding them through customs processes.
• Clerical Excellence : Handle essential clerical tasks and oversee the complete customs clearance process for goods.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective customs clearance.
