As a Command Move Coordinator you will assist w / the execution of staff movements to include Transfers, Intro and Exit move requests. You will coordinated w / various Command Directorates and PEO’s to ensure connectivity and VOIP are configured accurately and documented w / I our internal system. You will ensure all space occupancy and seat configurations are executed and comply w / Zoning Authority standards. You will assist w / troubleshooting connectivity and VOIP issues. You may be asked to fulfill other duties as required.
Principal duties and responsibilities :
- Execute personnel moves in Archibus (Workplace Management System). Maintain Archibus database.
- Establish and adapt SOPs (standard operating procedures) to optimize workflow.
- Track Navy IT assets.
- Manage NMCI / NNPI / VOIP circuits in Circuit Builder.
- Manage NAVSEA phone extensions.
- Bea a liaison to NAVY’s IT for port activations.
- Manage IT / VOIP circuits in Telecom Console.
- Manage IT / NNPI / VVOIP circuits in Circuit Builder.
- Assist in IT connectivity troubleshooting with all ACIOs across the Command.
- Various facilities projects such as furniture builds and reconfigurations, block moves, event setup and coordination.
- Track NAVFAC projects on the horizon.
- Interface with a network of offices such as Security, Safety, IT, NAVFAC, Fire Marshall...
- Oversee various technicians and labor support. Manage facilities projects from start to finish. Project development. Review designs and work w / customer to set project requirements. Manage customer expectations. Ensure project completion and quality control.
- Execute various programmatic administrative duties.
Requirements
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Logistic Management experience
