Accounting Assistant

Accounting Admin - $18 / hr

Location : Milwaukee, WI

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM

Are you organized, dependable, and ready to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for an Accounting Admin to support daily accounting operations and office functions in a busy, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do :

• Enter and process invoices for payment
• Manage purchase orders and vendor files
• Enter and deposit customer payments daily
• Reconcile credit card and bank statements
• Research and resolve payment issues
• Contact customers about past-due balances
• Track utilities, raw material, and freight costs
• Assist with monthly close and reporting
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Provide backup support for reception and office projects
