You will be responsible for closing sales on warm leads provided by the company. NO COLD CALLING .

We are looking for a professional, highly motivated, energetic, positive candidate with excellent communication skills!

    • Ability to quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions.
    • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations.

    • Ability to gain product knowledge quickly.

    Required Experience :

    We provide the leads; you make the calls.

    Must be comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment.

    • Expected to make 200-300 outbound calls daily.
    • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
    • Identify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information
    • Recognize opportunities to upsell our products and services
    • Follow our company's communication scripts
    • Update records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
    • Build strong relationships with customers
    • Follow our customer engagement strategy
    • Meet qualitative and quantitative target
