Director of Talent Development

The Director of Talent Development will design, implement, and oversee organizational strategies that strengthen workforce capability, employee engagement, and leadership readiness. This role requires a strategic leader who can partner with executive leadership, HR, and union representatives to build a high-performing workforce and a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Lead the design and delivery of training, coaching, and professional development programs across all levels of the organization.

Oversee systems for employee development planning, including career pathways and succession planning.

Drive cultural initiatives that enhance employee engagement, DEI efforts, and organizational adaptability.

Establish metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and report results to executive leadership.
