Job description
A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive transformation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leaders, shaping priorities and translating vision into actionable plans
Lead the planning and execution of key strategic initiatives, ensuring progress against company goals
Coordinate across departments to ensure strategic initiatives are well-executed and teams remain aligned
Required Qualifications
12+ years of relevant professional experience in business leadership, management consulting, or related fields
Strong experience in developing executive presentations and communicating complex strategies
Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-moving environments
Experience in SMB-focused, high-growth SaaS or digital platform businesses
